Abstract
The increase in consumer consciousness and competition makes consumer behaviour namagement after buying a product more important in providing consumer satisfaction. The aim of this research is to determine the satisfaction level of consumers concerning the furniture products that they have bought and the kind of complaint they present in case of dissatisfaction. According to the results of the questionnaire made with the consumers who have bought their furniture in Karabük, 37.2 % of the customers have experienced dissatisfaction because of the problems concerning products. In case of dissatisfaction, most of the consumers have applied to the retailer that they have bought the product. 52 % of the consumers who have applied to the retailer have had no solution. 37.6 of the consumers experiencing this kind of problem show a kind of private complaint and 36.6 of them show a kind of public complaint. The most important reason for the consumers who have not complained is that they don't believe their problems will be resolved with complaint. The only factor affecting the complaint behaviour is the importance level of the problem.
