Özet

Mobb ng, kavram olarak n speten yen olsa da çok esk b r olgudur. İnsanların ş veya görev gereğ aynı ortamı paylaştıkları her yerde mobb nge rastlamak mümkündür. Bugüne kadar mobb ng konusunda yüzlerce tez ve makale yazılmış, anket ve araştırmalar yapılmıştır. Gerek özel ve gerekse kamu sektöründe çok sayıda mobb ng meydana gelmekte ancak bunlardan çok azı hakkında dava açılmaktadır. Mobb ng olgusuna göre dava sayısının çok az oluşu ve açılan davalardan çok azında manev tazm nata hükmed lmes spat konusunda sorunlar yaşandığını göstermekted r. Abstract

Even though mobb ng, as a relat vely new concept, t s a very old phenomenon. Mobb ng can be found everywhere that people share the same env ronment as job or task. Thes s and hundreds of art cles on mobb ng made so far, surveys and stud es have been done. It should occur n e ther the pr vate and the publ c sector, but regard ng the few cases of mobb ng are opened. Accord ng to the mobb ng phenomenon cons sts of the very few number of cases f led and to award compensat on n the very least nd cates that there are problems w th the proof. By reason of mobb ng, and often secretly taken to a subject that s d ff cult to prove that the d ff cult es n prov d ng ev dence and stealth ly carr ed by the v ct m. Therefore, t s necessary to abandon the str ct rules of proof to the allegat ons of mobb ng.
