Özet
Bu çalışmada, bakır cürufu katkısının portland çimentosunun mukavemet özellikleri üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Portland çimentosu klinkerine ağırlıkça %10, %15, %20 oranlarında bakır cürufu katılarak üç tip çimento üretilmiştir. PÇ32,5 ve PÇ42,5 çimentoları referans olarak alınmıştır. Deney örnekleri üzerinde, eğilmede çekme ve basınç mukavemeti deneyleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak en uygun bakır cürufu katkı oranının %15 olduğu ve bu karışım oranındaki örneklerin PÇ32,5 çimentosundan daha büyük eğilmede çekme ve basınç mukavemeti değerlerine sahip olduğu görülmüştür.
Abstract
In this study, the effects of additive copper slag on the strength properties of portland cemend are investigated. Three types of cement samples are produced by adding copper slag in Portland cement clinker in the ratio of 10 %, 15 %, 20 % due to the weight. PC32,5 and PC42,5 cements are used as referance. The experiments of tensile strength at bending and compressive strength are conducted on cement samples. It is seen that the most resonable ratio of additive copper slag is 15 % and the samples containing this mixture ratio have better values of tensile strength at bending and compressive strength than PC 32,5 cement.
