Özet

Bu çalışmada, Karadeniz Bakır İşletmeleri'nde açığa çıkan bakır cürufunun çimento üretiminde puzolanik malzeme olarak kullanım imkanları araştırılmıştır. Portland çimentosu klinkerine ağırlıkça %10, %15, %20, %30 bakır cürufu katılarak dört grup çimento üretilmiştir. PÇ32,5 ve PÇ42,5 çimentoları referans gruplar olarak alınmıştır. Deney örnekleri üzerinde, kimyasal, fiziksel, eğilmede çekme ve basınç dayanım deneyleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak en uygun bakır cürufu katkı oranının %15 olduğu ve bu karışım oranındaki örneklerin PÇ42,5 çimentosundan daha büyük eğilmede çekme ve basınç dayanımı değerlerine sahip olduğu görülmüştür.

Abstract

In this study, the usage possiblity of the copper slag obtained Blacksea copper exploitation, as pozzolanic material in cement production is investigated. In order to produce four group cement samples, copper slag is added in Portland cement clinker in the ratio of 10 %, 15 %, 20 % 30% due to the weight. The cement of PC32,5 and PC42,5 are used as areferance. Samples were subjected to chemical, pysical, tencile strength at bending and compressive strength tests. It is seen that, the most suitable adding ratio of copper slag is 15 % and the samples of which had better tencile strength at bending and compressive strength than the cement of PC 42,5.
