Aksaray ili atmosferindeki Alternaria spp. sporlarının araştırılması

Özet

Aksaray ilinde ilk kez yapılan bu araştırmada 1993 yılı Mart ve Ekim ayları arasında atmosferden alınan günlük preparatlarda cm2'ye düşen Alternaria spp. sporlarının miktarı ve aylık dağılımı tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Alternaria spp.^nm sebep olduğu allerjik hastalıkların teşhis ve tedavisinde hekimlere yardımcı olmaktır. Polen ve spor tuzağı olarak gravimetrik metodun inceleme aracı olan Durham cihazı kullanılmıştır. Spor konsantrasyonunda sıcaklık, bağıl nem. rüzgar hızı gibi meteorolojik faktörlerin pozitif; yağmurun negatif etkisi gösterilmiştir. Alternaria spp. miktarı Temmuz ve Ağustos'ta maximum, Mart ayında minimum seviyede tespit edilmiştir. Bu sporlar 1993 yılında Mart ayından Ekim ayına kadar havada görülmüştür.

Abstract

This aeropalynological research that is made at the Aksaray city for the first time. Distribution and amount of Alternaria spp. spores per cm" daily microscope slides of samples taken from the atmosphere between March and October 1993 have been determined monthly. The aim of this paper is to help physicians working on diagnose and treatment of allergic diseases caused by Alternaria spp.In this study, the application tool of gravimetric method was used to trap pollen and spores. The positive effect of meteorological factors such as temperature, the speed of wind and relative humidity and negative effects such as rainfall on spores concentration have also been shown. Amount of Alternaria spp. was determined to be maximum in July and August, minimum in March. There is Alternaria spp. in the atmosphere in the period from March to October1993.
