Özet

Lipoprotein lipaz genin altıncı intronunda lokalize HumLPL lokusu, AMP-FLP tekniği ile incelenmiştir. Bu lokus, Gene PrintTM(Promega) kitine göre çoğaltılarak birbiri ile akraba olmayan 279 bireyin genotipinin tespitinde allelik cetvel kullanılmıştır. Populasyonda, 15 farklı genotip ve 6 farklı allel gözlenmiştir. AlIel-10 (%40) nün en yaygın allel olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yeni allel bulunamamış olup, populasyonun bu lokusta, Hardy- Weinberg Eşitliğine göre dengede olmadığı görülmüştür.

Abstract

The short tandem repeat (STR) locus HumLPL which is located hi intron 6 of the lipoprotein lipase gene, was investigated by AMP-FLP technique . This locus were amplified according to Gene PrintTM kit (Promega). The allelic ladder was employed in the analysis of the genotypes of 279 unrelated individuals of Turkey. Fifteen different genotypes and six different alleles were observed. The most common was allele 10 (40%). No new alleles were observed. The population investigated showed deviation from Hardy- Weinberg Equilibrium.
