Özet

E.G.E.P.(Extended Generalized Exponential Potential) tipi Morse potansiyeli bcc Zirkonyum(Zr),Tantalyum(Ta) ve Talyum(Tı) için parametrize edildi. Potansiyel parametreleri Güifalco Metoduna göre belirlendi. Bu potansiyel kullanılarak ikinci ve üçüncü mertebeden elastik sabitleri, etkin ikinci mertebe elastik sabitlerinin basmca göre türevleri, bulk modülünün basmca göre türevi ve Grüneisen parametresi hesaplandı.

Abstract

Generalized Morse type potential function (Extented Generalised Exponential . Potential-E.G.E.P.) are parametrized for b.c.c. Zirkonium(Zr), Tantalium(Ta) and Talium(Tl). Potential parameters are determined with respect to Girifalco method. Using this potential, second- and third-order elastic constants, the pressure derivative of effective second-order elastic constants, the pressure derivative of bulk modulus and Grüneisen parameter are calculated.
