Bir volumetrik polen ve spor aracı

Özet

Bu çalışmada volumetrik metodun uygulama aracı olan Burkard'ın çalışma prensipleri esas alınarak, bir polen ve spor aracının tasarımı, imalatı ve denenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Geliştirilen araçta referans araçtan farklı olarak, disk çevirme mekanizmasındaki hareket doğru akım motoru ile sağlanmıştır. Disk hızı seçebilme yeteneği 0.5mm/saat ile 8mm/saat arasında olup, bu işlem bir elektrik besleme ünitesiyle sağlanmıştır. Araç, standart olarak 2mm/saat hızla dönen diskte, 7 gün boyunca dakikada 10 litre hava emerek örnekleme yapmaktadır. Geliştirilen araçta 7 günlük örnekleme yapılarak veriler değerlendirilmiş, fonksiyonel olduğu ispatlanmıştır.

Abstract

In this study it is aimed to manifacture, design and try a pollen and spore trap, on the basis of the running principles of Burkard which is the application trap for volumetric method. Different from the trap referred above, the movement of disc rotation mechanism in the designed trap is provided by a DC motor. The ability to choose the disc speed rangers between 0.5mm/hour and 8mm/hour and this process is provided by a supplementary electric fan unit. The trap do samples absorbing 10 liters of air in a 7 day period and at the disc turning at a standard of 2mm/hour. Having done samples for 7 day with modified the trap, all the data were evaluated and it proved to be functional.
