An experimental research on permeability of joints in concrete external wall panels

Özet

Bu araştırma kapsamı içinde; Ankara'da Tünel Kalıp Sistemi'ne entegre edilebilen cephe panellerini kullanarak toplu konut üretimi yapan bir şirketin çok katlı uygulamalarından bir örnek, analiz edilmek ve değerlendirilmek üzere seçilmiştir, îki prekast, cephe panelinin yatayda birleşimi ile oluşan yatay derzler ile prekast cephe paneli ve Tünel Kalıp ile dökülen betonarme perde duvar arasında oluşan düşey derzlerin hava geçirimsizlik performansları ISO 6589 ve TS 8275 baz alınarak, doğal koşulların benzetişimine uygun laboratuvar deneyleri ile sulanmıştır. Söz konusu derzlerin su geçirimsizlik performansları ise ISO 7729, ISO 7728, TS 7845 ve TS 7719 esas alınarak değerlendirilmiştir.

Abstract

In this study a sample from the multi store application of a company constructing houses and dwellings using external panels integrated to tunnel casting system in Ankara, has been evaluated as regards to the water and air permeability. The air tightness performances of the horizontal joints formed by the lateral junction of precast external panels and vertical joints formed between the concrete curtain wall and the tunnel casting have been evaluated at the laboratory simulating the natural condition basing upon ISO 6589 and TS 8275; The water tightness performance of these joints have been assessed according to ISO 7729, ISO 7728, TS 7845 and TS 7719.
