Özet

Kör fare (Spalax leucodon) epidemisinde, transmisyon elektron mikroskop ile yapılan incelemede; stratum basale, stratum spinosum, stratum granulosum ve stratum corneum olmak üzere dört tabaka ayırt edildi. Stratum granulosum, stratum spinosum'un üzerinde genellikle üç sıra yassılaşmış hücrelerden meydana gelmiştir. Bu hücrelerde spinoz hücrelere göre organeller azalmış, fakat keratohiyalin granülleri artmıştır. Tonofılament demetleri keratohiyalin granüllerinin periferlerine birleşebilirler. Granüler hücrelerde zarla çevrili granulier bulunur. Stratum corneum 18-20 yassı, boynuzsulaşmış hücre tabakasından meydana gelir. Hücreler nukleusa sahip değildir, çok az sayıda organel kalıntısı mevcuttur, neredeyse sitoplazmanın tamamı keratin ile doludur. Boynuzsu hücrelerin membranlan' kalınlaşmıştır. Dezmozomlar kalıntı halinde mevcuttur. Boynuzsu hücrelerde, dezmozomlara bağlanan tonofılament demetleri görülmez.

Abstract

In the epidermis of molerat (Spalax leucodon), four strata, namely, stratum basale, stratum spinosum, stratum granulosum and stratum corneum have been discerned by transmission electron miscroscope. Generally, stratum granulosum is composed of three layers of somewhat flattaned cells lying over stratum spinosum. In these cells, compared to the spinous cells, the number of organelles decrease but keratohyaline granules increase. Tonofılament bundles may be attached to the periferies of keratohyaline granules. Membrane-coating granules were found in granular cells. Stratum corneum consists of 18-20 layers of flat, cornified cells. The cells lack a nucleus, and few remnants of organelles remain, nearly all of the cytoplasm is filled with keratin. The membranes of the cornified cells are thickened. Desmosomal remnants are existing. Tonofilament bundles attached to the desmosomes were not seen in the cornified cells.
