Design and Implementation a Remote-Controlled Mobile Mini Fire Extinguishing Robot

Özet

Bu çalışmada, labirentte yangın kaynağını arayarak bulan ve yangını hava akımı ile söndüren uzaktan kontrollü gezgin mini yangın söndürme robotu tasarlanmış ve gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu süreç içerisinde robot, herhangi bir engele çarpmadan hareket etmektedir. Robot, insanın ulaşamadığı yangın bölgelerinde, sensörlerden gelen veriler ve uzaktan görüntü aktarımı sayesinde kablosuz olarak kontrol edilebilmektedir. Robotta, cisimlere olan mesafeyi ölçmek için Sharp mesafe ölçüm ve yangını algılayan sıcaklık ölçüm sensörleri kullanılmaktadır. Kablosuz haberleşme için HC-06 Bluetooth modülü, robotun denetim için ise PIC 18F452 mikrodenetleyicisi kullanılmaktadır. Gerçekleştirilen Uzaktan Denetimli Gezgin Mini Yangın Söndürme Robotu, yangın kaynağını bularak başarılı bir şekilde yangını söndürebilmektedir

Abstract

In this work, A Remote-Controlled Mobile Mini Fire Extinguishing Robot which can search and detect the fire and extinguish fire with stream of air was developed. Through the process, robot moved without collisions on any obstacles. Also, the Mobile Robot can be controlled by remote controller with data receiving from sensor in the fire zones where there is no eye contact. Temperature sensors that perceive the fire and also Sharp distance sensors which can measure the distance from obstacles were used on the robot. For wireless communication, HC-06 Bluetooth module and for robot control PIC18F452 microcontroller were used in the design. In the test phase, Remote Controlled Mobile Mini Fire Extinguishing Robot has executed the task successfully by finding the fire source and putting out the fire by creating airflow through the fan
