Konut mutfakları ile ilgili ergonomik bir araştırma

Özet

Yaşantının en önemli mekanı olan konutta, yaşamsal gereksinimler ve eylemler en yoğun olarak mutfak mekanında gerçekleşmektedir. Genellikle mutfakların tasarımlarda bilimsel olarak ele alınmadığı gerçeğinden hareketle, Ankara'da farklı sosyo ekonomik düzeylere sahip ailelerin (Alt/Orta/Üst SED) mutfakları üzerinde bir araştırma yapılarak örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 105 adet konut mutfağının özellikleri, diğer mekanlarla ilişkileri, kullanıcıların istek ve memnuniyetleri tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, veriler ayrıntılı bir anket yardımıyla toplanarak, mekan ve donatı elemanlarına ilişkin karakteristikler belirlenmiştir.

Abstract

Houses are the most important place in the daily life in which kitchen is the most intensive space for the living necessities and actions. However, despite the huge importance of kitchen, it is the fact that kitchen spaces and furniture have not been designed scientifically in Ankara, 105 kitchen samples are selected among the different socio economic status (SES) of families, such as lower, middle and upper of the SES. Kitchen of houses has been selected according to its characteristics, relations, equipment elements and peculiarities with other spaces. in the research, the satisfactions and wishes of user are also investigated. in this study, data has been collected through detailed questionnaire, and surveys related with space and equipment elements have been determined.
