Özet

Bu çalışmada, yonga levha yüzeyinin Rulo laminatı (CPL) ile kaplanmasının, levhanın eğilme, yüzeye dik çekme ve yüzeye dik vida tutma dirençleri üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Rulo laminatı (CPL) nin yonga levha üzerine kaplanmasında Enpostform-HV tutkalı kullanılmış ve toplam 180 adet deney örneği hazırlanmıştır. Deney örneklerine, DEST 52186 'ya göre eğilme deneyi, ASTM-D 1037 'ye göre yüzeye dik çekme deneyi ve yüzeye dik vida tutma deneyi uygulanmıştır. Deneyler sonucunda, yonga levha yüzeyinin Rulo laminatı ile (CPL) kaplanmasının eğilme ve vida tutma direnç değerlerini artırdığı ancak levhanın yüzeye dik çekme direncinde istatistiki olarak etkili olmadığı görülmüştür.

Abstract

In this study, it has been searched that the effect of covering with roll laminate of particleboard surface to the bending strength, tensile stength and screw withdrawal strength perpendicular to the plane of board. Enpostform-HV adhesive was used as glue to the covering procedure and totaly number of 180 speciments were prepeared for testing. It has been applied bending test according to the principles of DIN 52186, tensile and screw withdrawal strengths perpendicular to the plane of board test according to the principles of ASTM-D 1037 to the speciments. As the results of the tests, the covering with roll laminate of particleboard surface increased the bending strength and screw withdrawal strength. But it was, obtained that it has not effect as significantly to the tensile strength perpendicular to the plane of boards.
