Abstract
In (1), a study based on pointed open covers was made in order to solve "the point-countable base problem". In this paper, some extensions of the results in that study is obtained and the problem is transformed into "point$leq {cal K}$ base" problem where ${cal K}$ is an infinite cardinal.
