Ultrasonik motorlar I: Yapılarının ve temel prensiplerinin incelenmesi

Özet

Yeni geliştirilen ultrasonik motorlar, elektromanyetik motorlardan farklı özelliklere sahiptirler. Son birkaç yılda değişik tiplerde ultrasonik motorlar geliştirilmiş ve bunlara ait matematik modeller ortaya konulmuştur. Bu çalışmada ilk önce ultrasonik motorların teorik prensipleri, motorun yapısı ve çalışma prensibi açıklanmıştır. Daha sonra motorun eşdeğer devresi elde edilmiş, motorun temel çalışma karakterestikleri ve temel sürme devresi incelenmiştir.

Abstract

The ultrasonic motor is a new type of motor which has different features from conventional electromagnetic motors. In the recent years, various types of ultrasonic motor have been developed and their mathematical models have been reported. In the present study, the theoretical and operational principles, and structure of ultrasonic motors have been explained. Then, the equivalent circuit of ultrasonic motor is derived. Its main operating characteristics and basic driving circuit have been examined.
