Çeviri işleminin yabanci dil öğretimine katkisi

Özet

Bu araştırmada çeviri eyleminin yabancı dil öğretiminde bir araç olarak kullanılmasının öğrencilerin dört temel dil becerisiyle birlikte onların çözümleme yetilerinin ve her iki dil ve kültürle ilgili bilgi ve becerilerinin gelişmesine ve dolayısıyla yabancı dil öğretimine büyük katkılar sağlayacağı somut örneklerle bilimsel literatürün ışığında ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.

Abstract

In this study, during the translation of the literary texts from one language into another language or from one culture into another culture, the techniques used in this process such as the equivalence, adequacy and acceptability between two languages in the lexicon, word chunks, sentence and text level have been examined under the light of review of literature. These notions have been illustrated in terms of their functions in the translation process, their underlying meaning, and their use in the translation process by the translator.
