Özet
Bu çalışma Başpınar Halkevi Dergisinde işlenen köycü söylemi ve köycü politikasını ele almaktadır. Dergideyer alan şiir, yazı, makale ve oyunların ele alınması ile ulusal köycülük politikanın yerelde nasıl yankılandığısorusu cevaplanmaktadır. Ulusal politikaya paralel söylemlere yer verildiği görülen yazılar, derinlikten yoksunancak asıl sorunlara da temas eder niteliktedir. Bu noktada çalışma, ulusal ve yerel söylemin birbiriyle uyumluolduğunu ve her ikisinin de asıl amaca ulaşmak konusunda yetersiz kaldığı kanısındadır.
Abstract
This study deals with peasant discourse and peasantry policy of the Journal of Başpınar Public House. Also, this study tries to answer the question of how the national peasantry policy has been seen locally. It is seen that writings are parallel with the national policy and they touch on the main problems. However, it can be said that these writings are deprived of depth. At this point, this study has concluded that the national and local discourse are compatible with each other and both are insufficient to reach the main purpose.
