Abstract

This article aims to display the similarities between philosophy and the essay based on various points of views. The article also emphasizes that the most obvious similarity between these two fields is based on the fact that they both question truth and they are both an interpretation of a certain lifestyle. Unquestioned lives, since they are to be devoid of awareness, cannot be subjects for either in philosophy or essay. However, despite all their similarities, each of these genres will exist independently of each other and continue to reflect human richness.
