Abstract

The primary and foremost determiner of the creative endeavor needs to be formalized through expression in a free and original language. It is possible for the artist to make use of such characteristics of everyday common use of language and formulate and carry expressions into a creative metalanguage. The written and spoken language of the arts is the mother tongue of the artist; on the other hand the language of photography, music, painting, sculpture and architecture are universal. It is impossible to attain a free and original discourse through the use of the common versions of the language of other forms of art. Liberation is primarily possible through language. For example, the original songs and compilations presented in an album are a continuous whole with a certain logical sequencing; and a fictional language is presented by bringing these pieces together. Whereas fictional language is achieved in view of the whole of the corpus, creative language is recreation of everyday language. Style is the total manifestation of this original rendition through the coherence of these three. It is clear that the artists style is kinetic, changing and developmental and manifests different instances; otherwise the artists falls into the risk of repeating himself or herself.
