Abstract

The « naked novel » and the experiments of surrealism help to understand the reasons of the most important contemporary writers, as Christine Angot , who choose a literature and a novel exceeding the opposition of lived and of the fiction for an impassioned exploration of the psychic and of the infinite resources of the creative writing. The true heiress of surrealism (and also of the “Nouveau Roman”), but not a guardian of an orthodoxy, Angot builds a work, of a book in book, which invents a form for a “new” novel, a kind of “nonfiction novel” able to read the reality of the postmodern society.
