Abstract
Being solicited by various interpretations which attempt to open new perspectives for the reader who, due to his sense of belonging, endeavours to reduce the text to a certain geographical or spiritual space, the position of the writer undergoes continuous change. Due to this oscillation, the meanings of his stories enjoy open interpretations. As a result of the effect of the avalanche- like signification, they can get closer to the quest of identity – the main feature of TBJ’s work. Irrespective of whether they draw the outlines of a geographical map or of a dream, his protagonists are travellers: A departure aiming at deciphering its own identity, a journey that allows us to decode only the way to be followed and never the end
