Abstract

In Krysinska’s poetry, the vivisection of the human nature is realized through words. The multidimensional aspect does not necessarily signify the obscurity of a text, on contrary, clarity of thought is the point of her poetry. Even if an image seems to be complicated, reflections coming out of it are very tangible. The means used serve many aims, of which the most important are: to encourage imaginative work on receiver’s end, a reception allowing one to discover ideas hidden within a poetic image; to deliver a concept ensuring an aesthetic pleasure of the highest degree. Apparent levity of Krysinska’s poetry conceals structural perfection of the poems, achieved through meticulous work on the word, its semantic, structural and vocal aspect, and its relations with other words. Text, structured with feelings, sounds, colours, becomes supremely intertwined whole, the core of multidirectional relations organized on many different levels. The poetess activates all the possibilities included in words, juxtaposes them ingeniously, achieving an effect of a surprise, of a deep aesthetic pleasure
