Periferik nöropatili hastalarda denge eğitiminin etkilerinin değerlendirilmesi

Özet

Amaç: Bu çalışma klinik düzeyi hafif periferik nöropatili hastaların denge performansları ve tedavinin etkinliğini değerlendirmek amacıyla yapıldı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya H.Ü. Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon Yüksekokulu Nörolojik Rehabilitasyon Ünitesine başvuran ve hafif düzeyde denge bozukluğu gösteren 17 periferik nöropatili hasta alındı. Altı haftalık nörofizyolojik egzersiz programı'sonrası elde edilen sonuçlar tedavi öncesi ve sonrası karşılaştırıldı ve tedavi sonrasında çalışma grubunun denge performansı 17 sağlıklı olgudan oluşan kontrol grubuyla karşılaştırıldı. Abstract

Purpose: This study was designed to evaluate balance performance and training effects of patients with slight clinic level peripheral neuropathy. Material and Method: 17 peripheral neuropathy patients who showed slight balance impairment and were referred to the H.U. School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Neurological Unit were included the study. Results, obtained after 6 weeks neurophysiologic exercise program were compared with results obtained before starting of therapy.
