Özet
Amaç: Abdominal cerrahi sonrası- erken ^dönemde uyguladığımız fizyoterapi programının " fiimödj'namik' yanıtlara etkisini belirlemek amacıylabu çalışma planlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Genel Cerrahi servisinde yatan 39'u kolorektal kanser (KRK), 21 'i mide kanseri ve 22 'si akut kolesistit olan toplam 82 olgu dahil edilmiştir. Olguların tedavi öncesi, tedavi sonrası ve tedavinin bitiminden 5 dk sonraki toparlanma döneminde kalp hızı (KH), kan basıncı (SKB/DKB), solunum frekansı (SF) kaydedilmiştir. Postoperatif dönemde uyguladığımız fizyoterapi programı; göğüs fizyoterapisi, yatak içi egzersizler ve mobilizasyonu içermiştir. Sonuç: Olguların egzersiz öncesi ve egzersiz sonrası KH, kan basıncı, SF ortalamaları karşılaştırıldığında kolorektal kanser olan olguların DKB'daki artış dışında diğer tüm parametrelerdeki artış istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur (p0.05). Tartışma: Çalışmamızda uygulanan tedavi programı herhangi bir komplikasyona neden olmamıştır, Bu da uygulanan programın kardiyopulmoner sistemin tolere edebileceği bir yoğunlukta olduğunu göstermektedir.
Abstract
Purpose: This study was planned in order to investigate the effects of physical therapy applications early after abdominal surgery on hemodynamic stability. Material and Method: In this study 39 colorectal carsinoma subjects, 21 gastric carsinoma and 22 acut cholesystitis subjects total 82 subjects from the Dokuz Eylül University Faculty Medicine Common Surgery unit were included. Heart rate (HR), systolic and diastolic blood pressure (SBP/DBP) and respiratory rates (RR) were noted at the beginning, at the end and 5 minutes after the physiotherapy sessions. The physiotherapy program consisted of chest physiotherapy, range of motion exercises in lying and sitting positions and walking. Results: As the HR, SBP, DBP and RR mean values before and after physiotherapy sessions were compared, statistical calculations showed an increase in all parameters (p 0.05). Discussion: The treatment program did not lead any comlication in our study. This outcome reveals that intensivity of the program can be tolerated by the cardiovascular system.
