Özet
Amaç: Bu çalışma az gören çocukların görsel algı bozukluklarını saptayarak, iş-uğraşı tedavisi programının etkinliğini araştırmak amacıyla planlandı. Gereç ve yöntem: Az gören tanısı almış 40 olgu rast gele iki gruba ayrıldı. Her iki gruba Ayres görsel algılama testlerinden desen kopya etme (DKE), şekil zemin algısı (ŞZA) ve uzayda pozisyon (UP) alt testleri yapıldı. Okuma hızı ve yazı yazma performansları değerlendirildi. Northwick Park Bağımsızlık indeksi (NPBI) ile günlük yaşam aktiviteleri incelendi. Az gören yardımcıları ile bireysel tedavi programı planlandı, l. grup tedavi programına alındı. 2. gruba aynı aktiviteler ev programı olarak verildi. Her iki gruba tedavi programı 3 ay, haftada 3 gün, 1'er saat uygulandı. Sonuçlar: Her iki grubun tedavi programı öncesi ve sonrası DKE, ŞZA, UP, NPBI puanları, okuma ve yazma performansları karşılaştırıldığında anlamlı artış olduğu görüldü (p
