Özet

Amaç: Bu çalışma; üst düzey plaj hentbol oyuncularında bir maç süresince meydana gelen kan glikoz ve laktat düzeylerindeki değişimleri ile kas hasarı göstergesi kabul edebileceğimiz kreatin kinaz (CK) enzim düzeylerindeki değişimlerini tespit etmek amacıyla planlandı. Gereç ve yöntem: Çalışmaya milli takım seviyesinde 8 elit erkek plaj hentbol oyuncusu katıldı. Bu amaçla maçtan önce ve hemen sonra ön koldan alınan venöz kanda glikoz, laktat ve CK düzeyleri belirlendi. The changes in blood glucose, lactate, and creatlne kinase levels ot elite male beach handball players during a game Purpose: This study was planned to determine the changes in the blood glucose, lactate and creatine kinase (CK) which is an indicator of muscle damage of elite beach handball players during the game. Material and methods: Eight elite male beach handball players voluntarily participated in the study. Blood samples were drawn with venipuncture from the forearm before and immediately after the game to determine blood glucose, lactate and CK levels.
