Özet

Amaç: Bu çalışma fantom ağrısı olan ve olmayan diz altı amputelerde eklem pozisyon hissini karşılaştırmak amacıyla planlandı. Gereç ve yöntem: Çalışmaya yaşları 18-50 yıl arasında değişen, en az 6 aydır protezini düzenli bir şekilde kullanan 25 unilateral diz altı ampute dahil edildi. Olgular fantom ağrısı olan ve olmayan olmak üzere iki gruba ayrıldı. Eklem pozisyon hissinin değerlendirilmesinde Laserline kullanılarak, diz ekleminin 20, 40 ve 60 derecelik açısal pozisyonlarında elde edilen ölçümler kaydedildi. Sonuçlar: Fantom ağrısı olan ve olmayan olgular eklem pozisyon hissi açısından karşılaştırıldığında, fantom ağrısı olan olgular lehine 20 derece test pozisyonunda protezli ve protezsiz ölçümlerde, 40 derece test pozisyonunda ise protezsiz ölçümde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulundu (p

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this study was to compare the joint position sense in transtibial amputees with and without phantom limb pain. Material and methods: The study included 25 unilateral trans-tibial amputees, between the ages of 18-50 years who were using their prosthesis for at least 6 months. The subjects were separated into two groups (with and without phantom limb pain). For the evaluation of joint position sense Laserline was used and the findings obtained at the angles 20, 40, and 60 degrees were recorded.
