Özet

Sporadik olarak ortaya çıkan 5 olivopontoserebellar atrofi olgusu, klinik, elektrofizyolojik ve radyolojik olarak incelendi, Tüm hastalarımızda, diğer serebellar bulgular, ekstrapiramidal belirtiler ve kortikospiml defisitler gibi diğer nörolojik bulgularla birlikte serebellar ataksi vardı SEP, BAEP, VEP ve MEP'İ içeren elektrofizyolojik çalışmalar, heterojen bulgular gösterdi. Serebral MRI ve CI ile, tüm olgularda serebellar ve beyinsapı atrofisi ve 3 olguda hafif kortikal atrofi saptandı

Abstract

Five cases of sporadic olivopontocerebellar atrophy were examined clinically, elecrophysiologically and radiologically. Our patients present with cerebellar ataxia in association with other neurologic manifestations such as other cerebellar findings, extrapyramidal signs and corticospinal deficits. Electrophysiologic studies including SEP- BAEP, VEP and MEP showed heterogeneous findings. With cerebral MRI and CI, it was found cerebellar and brainstem atrophy in all cases and mild cortical atrophy in 3 cases.
