Özet
Double crush sendromu (DCS), bir sinirin seyri boyunca çift kompresi/lezyonun birlikteliğini tanımlayan genel bir terimdir. Biz bu makalede periferik nöropati tamsı alıp seruikal magnetik rezonans görüntüleme (MRG) ile rastlantısal olarak siringomyeli saptanan iki vakayı 'double crush sendromu ' olarak literatür ışığında tartılacağız.
Abstract
Double Crush Syndrome is a general term referring to the coexistence of dual compressée lesions along the course of a nerve. In this article two cases diagnosed as peripheral neuropaty, who had also syringomyelia detected incidentally by cervical magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) will be discussed as'double crush syndrome'in the lihgt of the literature.
