Valgus deformiteli dizlerde total diz protezi uygulamalarımız

Özet

Valgus deformiteli dizlerde totl diz protez uygulması cerrahi açıdan varus dizlere göre bazı frklılıklar gösterir. Bu çalışmada 10 derece ve üzerinde anatomik valgus deformitesi olan 23 hastanın 24 dizine uygulanan total diz protezleri ortalam 25.5 ay (6-60)takip edilerek klinik ve radyolojik değerlendirilmeleri yapılmıştır. Ameliyat öncesi ortalama 13.9 (10-25) derece valgus deformitesi ameliyat sonrasında ortalama 6 (0-13)derece olarak ölçülmüştür. Diz puanı hastalarımızda ortalama 50.34 puanlık bir artış gösterirken, fonksiyon puanı 40.26 puan artmıştır. Revizyona giden vakamız olmamakla beraber, 4 hastada yara problemi, l hastada derin ven trombozu ve l hastada ise patellofemoral ağrı problemi görülmüştür.

Abstract

Total knee arthroplasties in valgus knees have some differet surgical applications other than varus knees. In this study we analysed 24 knees of 23 patients, whose anatomic valgus deformity was 10 degrees or more. Mean follow-up is 25.5 (6-60) months. The average of valgus deformity is 13-9 (10-25) degrees before the surgery, whereas it is 6 (0-13) degrees after the surgery. There is an average of 50.34points increase in the "knee score", while the "function score" is increasing 40.26 points. Neither of our patients needed a revision arthroplasty but there were 4 superficial enfections, 1 deep-vein thrombosis and 1 patello-femoral knee pain obtained as complications.
