Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Muş bölgesinde toprak, mera otu ve koyun serumlarında kalsiyum (Ca),magnezyum (Mg), bakır (Cu), demir (Fe) ve çinko (Zn) düzeylerini belirlemektir. Muş ilinin merabesisinin yapıldığı merkez köyleri başta olmak üzere tüm ilçelerinden alınan toprak, mera otu vekoyun kan serum örneklerinin mineral madde düzeylerinin ölçümü atomik absorbsiyonspektrometresinde yapıldı. Muş merkez ve ilçelerinden alınan toprak ve mera otu örneklerintamamında analizi yapılan mineral maddeler yönünden literatürlerde bildirilen değerler ileuyumluluk belirlenmiştir. Koyunlardan alınan serum örneklerinde ise Zn ve Cu düzeyleriliteratürlerde belirtilen standart değerin altında tespit edilirken diğer mineral maddeler (Ca, Mg veFe) bakımından literatür verilerine uygunluk söz konusudur.Sonuç olarak Muş bölgesindeki koyunlardan alınan serum örneklerindeki Ca, Mg ve Fe mineraldeğerleri koyunlar için bildirilen standart değerlerle benzer olduğundan koyunların rasyonlarına buminerallerin ilavesine gerek olmadığına, ancak serum Zn ve Cu düzeylerinin normal standartdeğerlerin altında tespit edildiğinden hayvanların rasyonlarına bu minerallerin ilavesinin uygunolacağı kanaatindeyiz.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the levels of calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), copper (Cu), iron (Fe) and zinc (Zn) in soil, pasture and sheep serum in Muş province. The analysis of mineral levels of soil, pasture and sheep serum samples taken from all districts, especially the central villages where the pasture fattening of the province of Muş was carried out, was performed using Atomic Absorption Spectrometer. In the soil and pasture analysis, it was determined that all samples taken from Muş center and districts were compatible with the values reported in the literature in terms of minerals analyzed. In the serum samples taken from sheep, Zn and Cu levels were determined below the standard value reported in the literature, while other minerals (Ca, Mg and Fe) were similar in the literature. In conclusion, since the values obtained in this study were similar to the reported values for Ca, Mg and Fe minerals in sheep samples taken from sheep in the province of Muş, it was not necessary to add these minerals to the rations of sheep, but since the serum Zn and Cu levels were determined below the normal standard values, we think that it is appropriate to add this minerals to the rations of the animals.
