Bir köpekte sağ aortik arkusun neden olduğu özefagus obstrüksiyonu

Özet

Sekiz haftalık bir köpekte sağ aortik arkus sonucu oluşan özefagus obstrüksiyonu ve dilatasyonu saptandı. Torakotomi yapıldı ve özefagusu sıkan vasküler halka ligature edilerek kesildi. Operasyon sırasında herhangi bir komplikasyonla karşılaşılmamasına rağmen hasta tesbit edilemeyen bir sebepten operasyondan birkaç saat sonra öldü. Çok ender rastlamlması nedeniyle yayınlanmasının yararlı olacağı düşünülerek bu olguya ait klinik ve radyolojik bulgular sunuldu.

Abstract

In an 8 week old puppy, obstruction and dilatation of oesophagus were noticed. The obstruction and dilatation were induced by a persistent right aortic arch. After thoracotomy, vascular ring obstructing oesophagus was first ligaturized and cut. Despite the absence of an obvious operational complication, animal died of an unknown reason in several hours. Since the observations represent a rather rare case, clinical and radiological findings are presented.
