Özet

Bu çalışmada incelenen yeni doğmuş ve ilerleyen yaşlardaki ratlarda intestinal ve duodenal bezler, villi intestinales, crypta, goblet hücreleri gibi önemli mukozal oluşumlar yetişkin ratlardakine benzer şekilde yer almaktaydı. Intestinal ve duodenal bezler yeni doğmuşlarda seyrek olarak bulunmaktayken ilerleyen yaşla birlikte kümeler oluşturmaktaydı. Crypta derinliği 23 günlük ratlarda belirgin durumdaydı. 25 günlük ratlarda ortalama villus yüksekliği, yetişkinlerdeki villus yüksekliğinin % 89.53'ü seviyesindeydi.

Abstract

In the new-born and growing rats, the main mucosal constituents such as intestinal and duodenal glands, villi intestinales, crypts, goblet cells were found to be similar that in adult rats. The intestinal and duodenal glands were observed rarely in the new-born rats, whereas they were seen as gland masses in the growing rats. The depths of crypts were prominent in 23 days old rats. In 25 days old rats, the average height of villus was 89.53 % of that in adult rats.
