Özet
Bu çalışmada; 1,10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100,110,120,130,140 ve 150 günlük 16 grup oluşturuldu ve toplam 80 piliç kullanıldı. Bursa fabricius maksimum ağırlığına 110-120. günler arasında ulaştı. En hızlı ağırlık artışı 1-10. günler arasında oluştu. Lenf folliküllerinde; dışta çok sayıda lenfositin yer almasından dolayı koyu bir tabaka halinde olan cortex ve iç kısımda daha az lenfositin olduğu soluk renkteki medulla bulunmaktaydı.
Abstract
Eightymalechickens(Gallusdomesticus)weredividedinto16agegroupsof 1,10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100,110,120,130,140 and 150 days old. The bursa of fabricius reached maximum weight between the days 110 and 120. The most rapid weight increase occurred between the days 1 and 10 Lymphoid follicles were comprised of a dark outer cortex with many lymphocytes and an inner pale medulla with fewer lymphocytes.
