Özet

Bu olguda, Fırat Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi İç Hastalıkları Kliniği'ne muayene ve tedavi için getirilen iki sığırda Reverse Transkriptaz-Polimeraz Zincir Reaksiyonu (RT-PCR) metodu kullanılarak teşhis edilen Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virusu (BVDV)'nun sebep olduğu Mucosal Disease (MD) hastalığının bildirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.

Abstract

The aim of case this report was to report the mucosal disease caused by Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virusu (BVDV) and diagnosed with reverse transcription - polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) technology in two cattle presented to the Internal Medicine Clinic of Veterinary Faculty of Firat University for examination and treatment.
