ELMALILI MUHAMMED HAMDİ YAZIR’IN İLMİYE İCÂZETNÂMESİ

Özet

İcâzetnâmeler, kaynak değeri açısından tarihî birer vesika hükmündedirler. İcâzetnâme, sahibi için, onun eğitim-öğretim faaliyetine etkin bir kimlikle katılabilme yeterliliğini göstermektedir. İcazetname hangi bilim alanında hazırlanmışsa o ilimde, geriye doğru Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.) dönemine kadar uzanan bir zincirle bütün âlimler, icâzetnâmede dua ve hayırla anılmaktadır. Çalışmamızın konusu, birçok farklı alanda eserler telif ve tercüme etmiş, farklı medreselerde müderrislik, Hukuk Fakültesi ve Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesi’nde hocalık görevinde bulunmuş bir âlim olan Elmalılı’nın ilmiye icâzetnâmesidir. Elmalılı, diğer icâzetnâmelerden farklı olarak, icâzetnâmesinde isimleri geçen âlimlerin hayat hikâyelerini de hâşiye şekliyle kaleme almıştır. Çalışmamızda, Elmalılı’nın icâzetnâmesi, Arapça aslından Türkçeye tercüme edilerek âlimlerin silsilesi ortaya konulmuş ve şekil ve muhteva yönünden incelenmiştir.

Abstract

Ijazatnames (degrees) are considered historical documents in terms of their source value. Ijazatnames show the ability of its owner to participate in education and training activities with an effective title. In whichever field of science the ijâzetname was prepared, all scholars were commemorated with prayers and goodness in the ijazetname with a chain that goes back to the time of Muhammad. The subject of our study is the s cientific degree of Elmalılı, a scholar who has translated and compiled works in many different fields, worked as a professor in different madrasahs, and as a lecturer in the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Political Sciences. Unlike other ijazetnames, Elmalılı wrote down the life stories of the scholars whose names were mentioned in the ijazetnâme in the form of footnotes. In our study, Elmalılı's ijazetnâme is translated from the Arabic original to Turkish, and the chain of the chain of scholars is revealed and examined in terms of form and content.
