Lathyrus sativus L. ve L. hirsutus L. (Fabaceae/Leguminosae) türleri üzerinde morfolojik, palinolojik ve anatomik bir çalışma

Özet
Bu araştırmada, Lathyrus L. (Fabaceae) cinsine ait Cicercıda (Medik.) Gren. & Godr. seksiyonundan Lathyrus sativus L. ve L. hirsutus L. türlerinin morfolojik, palinolojik ve anatomik özellikleri kalitatif ve kantitatif olarak incelenmiştir. İncelenen iki Lathyrus türüne ait örneklerin polen tipi trikolporat, polen şekli suboblat olarak saptanmıştır. İki tür arasında bazı morfolojik ve morfometrik farklılıklar bulunmakla beraber genel olarak polen ve anatomik özellikler bakımından önemli farklar saptanmamıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen bulgular karşılaştırmalı olarak türlerin sitematiğine katkıda bulunmak amacıyla birbirleriyle ve cins üyeleri ile tartışılmıştır.
Abstract
In this study, anatomical, morphological and palynological features of Lathyrus sativus L. and L. hirsutus L. from Cicercıda (Medik.) Gren & Godr. Section belonging to genus Lathyrus (Fabaceae) were investigated qualitatively and quantitatively. The pollen type of studied species were determined as trycolporate and pollen shape was suboblate. However, there are some morphological and morphometrical differences in both species, in general, significant differences are not determined in view of pollen and anatomic features. The findings obtained from the study were discussed with each other and other Lathyrus taxa comparatively.
