Laparoskopik kolesistektomi 1990’larda cerrahi alanında uygulanmaya başlanmış ve kısa sürede tedavide altın standart hale gelmiştir. Laparoskopik kolesistektomide genellikle uygulanan yöntem infundibular tekniktir ve güvenli bir kolesistektomi için calot diseksiyonu büyük önem arz etmektedir. Biz bu sunumda, laparoskopik kolesistektomi sırasında yaptığımız calot diseksiyonu sonrası farkına vardığımız nadir bir hepatik arter varyasyonunu literatür ışığında sunduk

Abstract

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has been started to be applied in the field of surgery in the 1990s and became the gold standard in treatment in a short time period. The generally applied method in laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the infundibular technique and calot dissection is of great importance for a safe cholecystectomy. In this presentation, we presented a rare hepatic artery variation that we noticed after calot dissection during laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the light of the literature.
