Özet

Amaç: Bu çalışmada manik epizod döneminde Tp-e interval, Tp-e/QT, Tp-e/QTc oranı ve fragmante qrs parametrelerini incelemeyi amaçladık. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya ilk defa bipolar bozukluk manik epizod tanısı alan 50 hasta ve 50 sağlıklı kontrol grubu dahil edildi. Hem hasta hem de kontrol grubuna sosyodemografik veri formu, Young Mani Derecelendirme Ölçeği (YMDÖ) uygulandı. Abstract

Objective: In this study, we aimed to examine the Tp-e interval, Tp-e / QT, Tp-e / QTc ratio and fragmented qrs parameters during the manic episode period. Material and Method: Fifty patients diagnosed with bipolar disorder manic episode for the first time and 50 healthy controls were included in the study. Sociodemographic data form and Young Mania Rating Scale (YMRS) were applied to both the patient and control groups.
