Özet
Takriben iki yüz elli yıldır eğitimimiz Batı Düşüncesine ayarlı ola-rak ıslah edilmekte, devrimlere tâbi tutulmaktadır. Gelinen noktada henüz optimal bir sistem kurulmuş değildir. Mesele, yapılanmanın ve çözümün dışarda aranmasında düğümlenir. Hâlbuki ıslah ve çözüm, kendi dünya-mıza, değerlerimize bakan tekliflere, özgün projelere dayanmaktadır. Bu açıdan ele alındığında Necmettin Tozlu'nun "Kâmil İnsan Yetiştirme Fel-sefesi" özgün bir projedir. Bu incelemede söz konusu teklif etraflıca ele alınıp, yeniden gündeme getirilmektedir. Umarım ilgililerin dikkatini çe-ker ve onları, Batı'ya-dışa baktıkları kadar biraz da içe-kendilerine bakma-ya yöneltir.
Abstract
Our education has been reformed according to the Western oriented practices and subjected to revolutions for approximately 250 years. So far, an optimal system hasn't been achieved yet. The situation is getting more and more complex, because the solution and construction have been sought out of Turkey. However, reform and solution should be based on proposals and original projects which take our own values and our inner world into account. In this respect, Necmettin Tozlu's "Philosophy of Raising Great Person" is an original project. In this study, the issue has been analyzed in detail and put on the agenda again. I expect that the issue will draw attenti-on of the authorities and direct them to do a self-criticism as much as they pay attention to the West.
