Veysî'nin Sosyal Tenkit İçerikli Kasidesi

Özet

17. asrın ünlü nasiri Veysî'nin kaleme aldığı kaside formundaki bu şiir, dönemin sosyal yaşantısına bireysel ve kurumsal açıdan ağır eleştiriler getirmektedir. 17. asrın diğer şair ve yazarlarının, toplumun içinde bulunduğu duruma dair eleştirel yaklaşımlarına benzer nitelikteki bu eleştirilerin dozu bazen çok yüksektir. Devlet yönetimindeki zafiyetleri göstermek isteyen Veysî, padişaha devlet yönetimindeki kişilerin zulüm ve keyfi davranışlarının halkın huzurunu bozduğunu belirtip, tek tek görevlerini sayarak kurumları ve yöneticilerini eleştirmektedir. Adaletin ve kanun hâkimiyetinin zalimlerin eline geçmiş olmasından duyduğu endişesinin korkuya dönüştüğünü, fakat devleti, içinde bulunduğu kötü durumdan kurtaracak adaletli bir padişahın geleceğinden umutlu olduğunu söylemektedir.

Abstract

Famous prose writer of the 17th century Veysi had wrote this poem in the form of the qasida in which individual and institutional aspects of the period to life has brought harsh criticism. 17th century poets and other writers critical of the society about the situation similar to the dose of this criticism is sometimes very high. Veysi wants to show to sultan weaknesses in the management states, government persecution of the people and the arbitrary behavior of the public disquiet indicate whether the individual tasks are considered critical to the institutions and managers. Justice and the rule of law to be passed into the hands of the tyrant's fear has turned into concern, but the state in which to recover from the bad situation is fairly hopeful about the future of a monarch has said.
