Özet

Tip 2 kistik böbrek Osathanondh ve Potter klasifikasyonunda yer alan kistik renal hastalıklardan biridir. Prenatal tanı konulan tip 2 kistik böbrek vakası sunulmaktadır. 18 yaşında 28 haftalık gebeliği olan hasta prenatal tanı merkezimize sevk edildi. Ultrasonografik değerlendirmede hidrosefali, anhidramnioz ve kistik böbrek saptandı. Gebelik sonlandırılarak otopsi yapıldı. Otopsi sonucu tip 2 kistik böbrek idi.

Abstract

Type 2 cystic kidney is one of the renal diseases in Osathanondh and Potter classification. We present a case of type 2 cystic kidney which was diagnosed prenatally. An 18 - year old woman with 28 weeks of gestation was referred to our prenatal diagnosis center. Hydrocephalus, anhydramnios and cystic kidney were detected in ultrasonographic examination. The pregnancy was terminated and autopsy study performed revealed that, the result was type 2 cystic kidney.
