Nötral lipid depo hastalığı: olgu sunumu

Özet

Nötral lipid depo hastalığı otozomal resesif geçişli lipid metabolizma bozukluğudur. Nötral lipid depo hastalığında birçok sistem etkilenir ve nonbüllöz iktiyozis, vakuollü lökositler, miyopati, nöropati, sağırlık, gelişme geriliği, göz ve karaciğer tutulumu görülebilmektedir. Bu makalede solunum sıkıntısı, iktiyoz ve kollodion bebek bulgularıyla yenidoğan yoğun bakım ünitesinde izlenen ve daha sonra nötral lipid depo hastalığı tanısı konulan bir olgu sunulmuştur. Konjenital iktiyozisli kollodion bebeklerin ayırıcı tanısında nötral lipid depo hastalığı düşünülmelidir.

Abstract

Neutral lipid storage disease is a rare autosomal recessive inherited lipid storage disease characterized by ichthyosis, leucocyte lipid vacuoles, myopathy, neuropathy, eye and liver involvement, deafness and developmental retardation. Here, we report a newborn presenting with respiratory distress and ichthyosis, later diagnosed to have neutral lipid storage disease. Neutral lipid storage disease should be considered in differential diagnosis of collodion babies with congenital ichthyosis.
