Özet

Disfaji, gıda takılması ve/veya reflü benzeri semptomlar eozinofilik özofajitin en yaygın prezentasyon semptomlarıdır. Özofagus biyopsisinde büyük bü- yütmede 15'ten fazla eozinofil görülür. Burada biz kliniğimize disfaji ile baş- vuran ve eozinofilik özofajit tanısı alan erkek olguyu sunuyoruz.

Abstract

Dysphagia, food impaction and/or reflux-like symptoms are the most com- mon presenting symptoms of eosinophilic esophagitis. Biopsy of the esopha- gus shows more than 15 eosinophils per high-power field. Herein, we pres- ent an adult male patient who admitted to our clinic with the complaint of dysphagia and was diagnosed as eosinophilic esophagitis.
