Amaç: Bu çalışmada, harmonik skalpel kullanımı ile konvansiyonel bağlama tekniği kullanılarak total tiroidektomi yapılan hastalardaki operatif etmenler, postoperatif sonuçlar, cerrahi komplikasyonlar karşılaştırıldı. Aim: The purpose of this study was to compare operative factors, postoperative outcomes, and surgical complications of total thyroidectomy using the harmonic scalpel vs conventional hemostasis.
