Abstract

It has been determined that the urban "community garden" park which features itself as the open recreational space against the highly urbanized areas, has gradually entered into the new phase of urban development in Türkiye, although it has also been established within the last decade. Contribution of the local administrations in Türkiye to adopt the urban "community garden" park idea would undoubtly serve as the solution for improving the quality of urban life.
