İçel ilinde hıyar ve domateste dichlorvos ve methamidophos' un parçalanma sürelerinin araştırılması

Özet
Bu çalışmada, İçel ilinde sera koşullarında, domates ve hıyarda dichlorvos ve methamidophos'un parçalanma süreleri araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla, ilaçlamadan önce ve ilaçlamadan 3, 7,10,14 ve 21 gün sonra örnekler alınarak gaz kromatografı cihazında kalıntı değerleri analiz edilmiştir. Domatesteki dichlorvos kalıntı miktarları 3, 7, 10 ve 14. günlerde sırasıyla 1,061 ppm, 0,705 ppm, 0,427 ppm, 0,092 ppm olarak; hıyarda dichlorvos kalıntı miktarları 3, 7, 10 ve 14. günlerde sırasıyla 1,241 ppm, 0,915 ppm, 0,278 ppm ve 0,018 ppm olarak tespit edilmiştir. Domateste methamidophos için kalıntı miktarları 3, 7, 10, 14 ve 21. günlerde sırasıyla 17,395 ppm, 5,343 ppm, 4,149 ppm, 2,903 ppm ve 1,139 ppm olarak, hıyarda methamidophos için kalıntı miktarları 3 , 7, 10, 14 ve 21. günlerde sırasıyla 9,786 ppm, 5,094 ppm, 4,013 ppm, 5,176 ppm ve 3,916 ppm olarak tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma sonunda İçel koşullarında dichlorvos'un domatesteki parçalanma süresinin 10 gün, hıyarda 7 gün olduğu, methamidophos'un parçalanma süresinin ise her iki bitki için en az 21 gün olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Abstract
In this study, the degradation period of the dichlorvos and methamidophos, was investigated on the cucumber and tomatoes under greenhouse conditions in içel Provinces. For this purpose, samples were collected from greenhouse before and after 3, 7, 10, 14 and 21 days of application and residue analyses were carried out by using a GC instrument. Dichlorvos residue levels were determined in tomato on 3th, 7th, 10th and 14th days as 1.061 ppm, 0.705 ppm, 0.427 ppm, 0.092 ppm, respectively. Similarly, these measurements were carried out in cucumber on the same days and results obtained were as 1.241 ppm, 0.915 ppm, 0.278 ppm and 0.018 ppm, respectively. Methamidophos residue levels for tomato were determined on 3th, 7th, 10th, 14th and 21th days as 17.395 ppm, 5.343 ppm, 4.149 ppm, 2.903 ppm and 1.139 ppm, respectively. Those obtained for cucumber were as 9.786 ppm, 5.094 ppm, 4.013 ppm, 5.176 ppm and 3.916 ppm, respectively.As a result of the experiment, the degradation period of dichlorvos was found as 10 days in tomato and 7 days in cucumber. However, the degradation period of methamidophos was found at least as 21 days for both of the plants.
