Her toplama saatinde 5 bitki örneği değerlendirilmiştir.
Abstract
This study was carried out to determine the effects of climate factors like temperature, rain, relative humidity; ontogenetic variability and different collection hours on the hypericin content of Hypericum perforatum L from wild flora. Samples were collected, in the years of 2001 and 2002, at Görükle, Bursa (40°ll' N, 29° 04' E) at 3 different development stages (beginning of blooming, full blooming and end of blooming) and at 6 different hours (8.00, 10.00, 12.00, 14.00, 16.00 and 18.00). At each collecting hour, 5 plant samples were used for analysis. Temperatures (°C), relative humidities (%) and total rain /mm) values for each collecting hour were also noted. Results of the research did indicate any statistically significant variation among the average hypericin content values of the samples with respect to ontogenetic variability and the years of collection. The highest hypericin content was found at the full blooming stage but no significant effect of the collecting hours was detected. Hypericm content have been determined to be % 0.104-0.154 for the year of 2001 and % 0.097-0.162 for 2002, at the beginnig of blooming period; % 0.132-0.143 (2001) and % 0.128-0.162 (2002) at the full blooming period and % 0.114-0.149 (2001), % 0.101-0.176 (2002) at the end of the blooming period. With respect to hypericin content, no significant correlation was found among the effects of temperature, quantity of rain and relative humidity.
