Özet

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, Burdur Gölü çevresindeki yaşlı göl ve alüviyal teraslarındakizamansal ve mekansal değişimlerin toprakların pedogenetik gelişimi ve özellikleri üzerine etkilerini belirlemektir.Materyal ve Metot: Araştırma kapsamında yaşlı göl terasları üzerinde gelişen dört vealüviyal teraslarda gelişen üç pedon tanımlanmıştır.Bulgular: Araştırma alanı içerisindeki profillerin tamamının A-C horizon dizilimine sahipolduğu belirlenmiştir. Pliyosen ve kuvaterner dönemleri boyunca devam etmekte olantoprak oluşum faktörleri toprakların morfolojik, fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikleri üzerindeönemli farklılıklara neden olmuştur. Bu farklılıklar toprak profillerinde; pH değerinin7.58-7.98, EC değeri 0.20-2.14 dS m-1, kireç içeriklerinin %4.62-63.96, organik maddemiktarlarının %0.15-3.87, kum içeriğinin % 0.62-59.13, silt içeriğinin %2.98-55.34, kiliçeriğinin %16.00-70.59, suda çözünebilir anyonların konsantrasyonlarında; CO3 0.12-0.80 meq l-1, HCO3 0.94-3.48 meq l-1, Cl- 0.70-13.00 meq l-1, SO4 0.09-5.58 meq l-1, değişebilir katyonlardan; Na+ 0.10-1.21 meq 100g-1, K+ 0.12-1.98 meq 100g-1, Ca+++Mg++16.99-34.08 meq100g-1, KDK değerlerinde 16.31-34.08 meq 100g -1 ve ESP değerlerinde0.34-7.48 arasında değişmesine neden olmuştur.Sonuç: Araştırma sonucunda tespit edilmiş olan toprak özellikleri Burdur Göl Havzası’nın arazi kullanım planlamasında dikkate alındığı takdirde Burdur Gölü’nün devamlılığına katkı sağlayacaktır.

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the effects of temporal and spatial changes on the pedogenetic development and properties of old lacustrin deposits and alluvial terraces of Burdur Lake. Material and Methods: In the scope of the study, four pedons developed on the old lake terraces and three pedons developed on alluvial terraces were identified. Results: It was determined that all the profiles within the research area had A-C horizon. The soil formation factors that have been going on during the Pliocene and Quaternary periods caused significant differences on the morphological, physical and chemical properties of soils. These differences led to changes in soil profiles; pH value 7.58-7.98, EC value 0.20-2.14 dS m-1, lime content %4.62-63.96, organic matter %0.15-3.87, sand content % 0.62-59.13, silt content %2.98-55.34, clay content %16.00-70.59, concentration of water soluble anions; CO30.12-0.80 meq l-1, HCO30.94-3.48 meq l-1, Cl-0.70-13.00 meq l-1, SO40.09-5.58 meq l-1, concentration of exchangeable cations; Na+ 0.10-1.21 meq 100g-1, K+ 0.12-1.98 meq 100g-1, Ca+++Mg++ 16.99-34.08 meq100g-1, KDK value 16.31-34.08 meq 100g -1, ESP value 0.34-7.48. Conclusion: The soil properties determined as a result of the research will contribute to the continuity of Burdur Lake if they are taken into consideration in the land use planning of Burdur Lake Basin.
