Özet

Intrakraniyal lipomlar, santral sinir sisteminin nadir görülen iyi huylu lezyonlarındandır. Lipomların vasküler anomali ile birlikteliği nadir olarak bildirilmektedir. Biz burada intrakraniyal lipom ile birlikte beynin değişik bölgelerinde damar anomalisi ve epileptik nöbetleri olan, korpus kallozum agenezisi olmayan bir olguyu sunuyor ve intrakraniyal lipomları literatür bilgileri ışığında tartışıyoruz.

Abstract

Intracranial lipomas are uncommon benign lesions of the central nervous system. Intracranial lipomas with abnormal blood vessels are rarely recognized. We present the case who suffered from epileptic seizures and has callosal lipoma without corpus callosum agenesis and with vasculer abnormalities on different sites of the brain.
